Serves:
24 bacon crisps 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan (i used the italian mix package)
1 sleeve buttery rectangular crackers (recommended: Waverly Wafers, or used those new ones called toppers)
1 pound sliced bacon cut in 1/2 Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Place the wrapped crackers on a broiler rack on a baking sheet and put the baking sheets on the oven rack. Bake for 2 hours, or until the bacon is done. Do not turn. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature Cook's note: You can also bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes if you're in a hurry!

made these the other night...pretty good!

around sun-th of this week liza has had MAJOR meltdowns every night where she gets herself hysterical...the reasons can be anywhere from nothing at all or because she wanted milk and i put it on the wrong cup..but she is impossible to calm down and throws herself on the floor or me etc...they are lasting anywhere from 15-30-1hr ..i have gotten her to calm down by putting her in the bath, jason and i reading in her room, sometimes going outside..but it isn't quite that easy.
she did, however, act PERFECT tonight so i hope we have a lovely little girl this weekend! :)
she was pretty funny today we had to run some errands and she yelled "bye ya'll" when we were walking out of a store.
ps.....my morning sickness came back and i got so sick wed. morning...i have felt good other than that..maybe it was the last hoooraaa! :)

Ugh. I feel you. Glad today was better. We have had three MUCH better days now. I needed the break. Isn't it amazing how much it takes out of you when they do this.

I hope it's your last sickness, too. McCoy is certainly making himself known. Good recipe - you're becoming quite the cook. Terrible twos are painful but Grandma said they were necessary. Grandma was almost always right! Love, Coco
