We got a surprise treat show up at our house and got to decorate Easter cookies! Liza was delighted! She had so much fun with it all.
It looks like McCoy got to eat his own cookie while running around the house...this didn't even dawn on me while it was happening but looking at the pictures...i am thinking..well that was a bad idea!
Liza had a sticker because she got to go get her teeth cleaned at the dentist! It only took 3 of us to hold her down. we got in late monday night and i was SO happy to love on my babies! My mom and dad were super heroes keeping the kids that long! My mom was by herself a lot of the time and she said my dad was the "primary caregiver" when he was home! :)
they had them up in springfield for part of the week and then brought them home for Liza to go to WAC and then my dad came down here to help my mom this weekend! phew! i am so tired for them i think!
i got home late thurs night and got to spend the day with them on friday! we went and had a picnic at the park and then we flew out to cali that night!
my mom and dad took them out to eat lunch and to get ice cream and to both of the baseball games! i think they are braver than jason and I are! :)
my mom had activities for them the whole time and managed to have my house spotless and my fridge and pantry stocked when we got home. my dad changed all of our lightbulbs and went to the grocery store for us! they deserve an award. a big shiny one. i am so grateful. so so grateful! :)
we had the best time on our little vacation! I will put pics up soon! it was such a treat to have a fun getaway weekend! :)
