The Carter's

 We have been in a full out sprint to halloween. We had a halloween party almost every night last week. The first was out neighborhood party. This was their first time to sport the costumes..so it is still pretty exciting at this point! :) they have a cake walk and hay ride..always fun!

 The next party was the fall carnival

 it was spirit week at school so i got a couple of pics but they dressed up in different things everyday.
this day was "orange and black" day. liza was pretty concerned that there was too much "white" on her skirt to make it work..but we went with it!!!! needless to say, she was not going to smile in this stressful situation.

 the next party was her dance class party. she was so sick of her costume already so we dug in the dress up box and found her belle costume and on it went!

 such a cute group of girls! :) they will all grow up together...they are all just darling!

 thursday we had the special friends party at jeannie and aime's but i didn't have my camera out! :(

some funny things from liza lately:

she has been throwing some pretty good fits (i think from being overly tired, since we have been going 90-nothing) but during them she screams
"I JUST CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMOREEEEEEEE!!!! "
and of course, i totally love it....but she doesn't know that. it makes her fits worth it when she screams it because it is so darn funny.

sometime in the last couple weeks she had her check up at the dr. she got some shots and was really brave so i told her we could go ot the toy store and pick something out.
she regretfully told me, "no mom, my friends are probably really missing me right now . i better get back to school."
i then started begging her (which is totally weird) to go with me because i thought it would be fun to do together. and she replied
" mom, why don't you go by yourself, there are going to be other adults there. then you can just bring the toy to me when you pick me back up from school."
so (of course, this is still totally weird that we are in this conversation) then i say  fine, that sounds ok then and ask her what she would like and she ordered a buzz lightyear .
i of course go get it for her and she loves it....but a few hours later tells me that she really meant the buzz that walks, talks and flys.
oh well.
what can we do.
