The Carter's

 We had our first snow day! The kids were so excited to go play in the snow.
liza said" merrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyy chriiiiiiiiiiiiiiisttttttttttttmaaaaaaasssssssssssss! "
mccoy hated his gloves and would go back inside and take his clothes off and then want to come back outside...so i think i broke a sweat getting them dressed multiple times. but oh well! :) each time they would race back in and we would get hot chocolate in the microwave asap! :)

 he LOVED pushing his trucks all around the yard.

 we played on the swing set, jumped on the tramp, played in the sandbox and the playhouse. for some reason all of it was even more fun with snow on it. they were going 99 miles per hour down the slide and then they would skid on the ground across the yard. of course, big laughs from those two.

we were laying in bed last night after books and i had said something something and  had cracked myself up with whatever it was and liza said , "mom, you know what the cool thing about you is? you can laugh at yourself!"
i ,of course, cracked up and then she ended up telling me one of her teachers , ms. allison, told her that on play rug today and it made her feel good! love that! :)
she also then went on to ask about her birthday (it's not till oct, remember) and what all she can do when she is 5. she has planned big things like holding knives. BUT she is DYING to be a mama! she told me last night she wants to be a mama just like me. awww. got me just where she wants me.
of course, i told her we could go to build a bear this weekend.
