coco and cricket wanted to get liza and mccoy "something to love" for valentines day and thought they would LOVE having some fish! :) we went to pick it out and get all the supplies. liza had a little break down at the store because she had a big change of heart and wanted to use her gift card to get a cat named pancake.
bob has not had a lot of alone time since coming into our house. but i guess that is life in a fish bowl.
*she deiced a couple days ago that she would rather work than go to school. i asked her what she was going to do and she said she would just go to work with me everyday. i said, oh! well i go into dr's offices everyday..you know how much you love the dr. i have to sit in a lot of waiting rooms and wait for a very long time and be very quite and patient. she was silent for a while and said , well! i think i would like to do that because i would get a lot of stickers and suckers.
*she also has been pretty emotional about how much longer she has to wait till she is a mommy but now it has turned into GRANDMA! she said all she wants to be is a grandma. and she can't wait any longer.
*last night we were putting the kids to bed and liza was getting into trouble for something and she starts screaming at us "YOU ARE RUINING MY LIIIIIIFEEE!!!!"
(i feel like she is watching soap operas to get this kind of script!)
she has told us quite a bit lately that "IT IS NOT FAIR!!!" which my dad likes to tell us numerous times was my childhood motto.
* jason and i were having a "talk" about why he waited till an hour before the party to hang a picture that had been on his list for over a month (hahaha) and liza said "mom, are you talking sweet? and i said well, i'm trying but i'm a little frustrated right now. and she said, has dad been naughty? and i said, welllll he is just frustrating me. and she said well , how do you think he feels? hahahaha. she also says these things in a very calm, slow, voice that sounds like she has been to years of school for psychology! :)
