Edie at 2

when we sang happy birthday to edie should would SCREAM, " NOOOOOOO!!!" haha. getting older is a real drag isn't it edie?
edie is a VERY funny kid. she walks like a boss and is very much so the boss of our house. we are all pretty scared to make her mad! haha!
she has names for everyone, lala, bubba, coy, dada, mama, kate, etc ect...
she still can't say cricket so he is keke. she adores her grandparents and asks about them constantly!

she loves to say "I DO IT!!!!!"  she is by far my most independent child. she wants to put her own shoes on and clothes on. she wants to buckle herself in the car seat. AND unbuckle herself why we are driving.

she is a born mama. she LOVES her babies and is constantly mothering them. she has been like this since she could hold one. she is ALSWAYS rocking one, swaddling one, feeding one shushing one. she loves to stick them on her hip and bounce up and down with her leg propped. she changes their diapers and is always saying, baby, u okkkkkkkk?????? isss ok baby!

she loves to scream NO. she has a temper like no other and always a very specific plan that she wants everyone to adhere to.

she is a great eater and loves her milk. she still loves her paci but keeps biting them.
she sleeps great and is easy to put down after 9999 books and song and rocking. she LOVES her books and has her favs memorized. she loves to mimic the characters pictures in the books. (like "marvin")

she LOVEs school and talks about her teachers ms linda and ms amy all the time. she loves to talk about her friends in her class like "pappen" aspen. and sawyer.

her love for her siblings is intense! she can't stand to not be around them. liza and her tease and she can belly laugh till the end of her day with whatever liza has going on with her. her bubba is the sweetest little caretaker with her. he is so gentle and loving with her and she adores him. she beats up on him and screams at him and he is the kind, patient, and gentle right back with her. when she wakes up in the morning she is yelling for LALA or BUBBA to come get her and play. they have just recently taught her to say "hey dude" from full house and "get it girl".

she will get in trouble and try to give you the cricket eye look right back with her chin touching her chest.

she LOVES her dada like no other. she loves dada's car and to "go" with him.

she is just thinking aboutgeiving her paci up. she sleeps with 1000 blankets when she is without her paci.
she loves to find school busses! luccccckkkkky ddducky! bird!

she keeps us laughing all day long!
