Liza's valentines...too bad the dog ate one of them.

Liza is at her second valentines party this week at school! She has not been wanting her picture taken at all this week but this was before school the other day. her babysitter, nana, gave her these boots and liza LOVES them. She puts them on at all times..she decided that they needed to go on with this outfit (on the wrong feet of course) but i thought it worked!

we have had a busy week around here..

My dr apt on tuesday went well. I was dilated to a 1 1/2 and 50% effaced..looks like i will be getting induced either next week or the wed after...we'll see!

Liza had her dr apt with the child psychologist to look at her sleep issues. the lady does play therapy so of course liza loved playing the whole time. she seemed to think we were doing everything correctly but hopefully we will get some more insight next week.

We started a new technique this week where we leave for extended periods of time before coming back to her...ie: the first night was let her cry for 1 min, come back then 3 min, and then 5 min. She has not made it to the 3rd round on any of the nights this week. she falls asleep after the second one. this has been a huge improvement! it is taking around 30-40 min to actually get her to sleep now instead of 2 1/2-3 hours. she is still getting up around 5-6x in the night but we are so relieved to be getting her down at normal hours, we can work on that this weekend maybe.

We are trying to soak up our last days as a fam of 3!
