This was our favorite valentine from school from her friend, abe..so so funny!

Liza made me this at school but it's upside down

We had a great Valentines day. Liza got a dora no spill bubble thing that has been a fav.,a paint book, a few sticker books and some other books!

I am struggling with her going down for a nap right now but she is playing quietly in her room so i guess i will just let her do that for a little while.

We went to the Dr today because she had a cough this weekend and i wanted to make sure and get it checked out before the end of the week. He actually gave her an inhaler! he said it was basically a little cold but he could hear it in her lungs...

i asked him if she should miss school this week and he said she would be fine..so i guess it's not that big of a deal.

of course when we got home liza wouldn't let the inhaler thing touch her face so who knows how that is going to go. i tried to talk to them about her sleeping and didn't get much either.

she has another apt with the child psychologist this afternoon so we'll see how that goes.

i have my dr apt tomorrow so we"ll know more about those plans then!

a couple funny things liza has been doing:

she loves "nose kisses" right now...she will do these over and over and over and request them.

when we are trying to get her to go to sleep she will say "rub my back" but now it has moved into "rub my back, legs" rub my back, belly, eyebrows, cheeks, hands, arms, feet...etc etc....if you don't do it right she will move your hand for you.

she will call you "honey"

when she has been getting into trouble about something she will just bend her head down and walk away and pout..almost like a self timeout which is working great...but it does make us laugh.
