We had a fun weekend around here....very laid back just what we've been needing! :)

We went and played at the farmer's market sat morning and then took BIG naps and then headed to the pool and dinner at the club! The weather has been unbelievable and it already smells like fall. Mccoy was obsessed with jumping off the diving board. liza would have nothing to do with it. we ate out at the club twice and both times the kids were great. that was a HUGE improvement because mccoy has been impossible at eating out and we had to leave in the middle of dinner at tims a couple weeks ago. so we were very pleased with that!

the kids had a full week back at school. mccoy seems to have transitioned back into things now. he walks in every day holding his big lunchbox. liza is loving eating in the big cafeteria and playing on the big playground.

she has seemed tired by the end of the week. thursday night she told me she wanted a "stay at home day" and she has been talking about how much she misses me when i go to work. she has never really done this before so of course it killed me ,but in the same conversation i said i would take off work and come get her from school. i asked her if she wanted me to come get her before or after playground and she said ... weeeellllll, don't come get me until the end of the day, ok?

so i'm thinkin she was just playing me a little! :)

one funny thing liza said this weekend was that her favorite food was hot dogs.

except she didn't like the "hot" in the middle , she just liked to eat the bread.

so i guess that would be a hot dog, hold the hot dog.
