McCoy 18 Months

Weight: 27 lbs
height 32 1/4 inches
(I can't remember but i think these were in the 75 and 50th percentiles)

He has  12 teeth (we think) 2 more broke through today.
When he gets teeth everyone knows it. he can't sleep and gets very very cranky.
wears a 5.5/6 shoe
18m-2t clothes
he loves to JUMP and run. LOVES the trampoline.
he LOVES his pacis. he sleeps with one and holds one or two. he would love to have this in all day long if we let him but we try to just reserve it for naps. it will be a sad day when they are gone.
no more bottles.

he doesn't say a ton of things yet. but is VERY loud and vocal. he says mama,dada, bubbles, ball, liza, lula, dog, ball, bubbles, duck, quack, moo, bye, uh oh, hello, fishies...that's all i can think of right now. he loves to point and yell when he wants something. he will point to lights, eyes, nose, ears, mouth, head, "mccoy"
he LOVES airplanes. any time one flys over he will stop and wave and SCREAM hi!!!!!

he is VERY mobile and fast. he climbs on everything. he jumps from  our coffee table to the couches non stop. he will jump from the table in the playroom onto the chairs or bean bags. he climbs on our bar stools and up onto our island to get something he sees. he climbs onto the stove to touch the chandelier and on top of the kitchen table to touch that chandelier. he climbs on the outside of the staircase where that little ledge is.

he loves to blow kisses and gives big wet kisses. he hugs and leans his head on you to show you he loves ya

he usually goes to sleep around 7:30 or 8. maybe more 8:30 right now. he usually wakes up between 630-7 but it could be 5:30 or even 8:30 some days!
he is REALLY hard to put down right now. he wants you to be in the room until he is all the way asleep and he will freak out if you are not in there. he is usually not in the mood to rock but likes his books before bed. he likes for you to put your hand on his belly and stand there.
he eats really good for the most part. he loves mandarin oranges and chicken...he is good with almost any meat. not great on veggies. LOVES yogurt and applesauce.

he can be kinda rotten. if you say no to him he will turn around and hit you. he will usually stop what he's doing if you take him out of the room and divert his attention. we have had to use time out but not sure if it totally works at this age. discipline need to step up right about now! :) he will also do the loudest highest scream you have ever heard that will make your ears bleed.
he loves to pester his sister. if he can sense she wants to be alone he will do everything he can to get in her face. he loves to mimic. especially anything she does. he will belly laugh at just about anything that girl does.
he is a little dimple faced wild man and we could eat him to pieces.
