Valentines Day

liza picked out a pic of a doggy valentines day box that she wanted to make. she took charge of this project from start to finish! i made her make a list and go shop for supplies and she did everything! she was SOOOO proud of her creation. it reminded me so much of our valentines boxes growing up! we always made a huge deal about those boxes every year in my family! i have such fond memories of the whole fam making boxes...i think my fav was this huge school bus box i made with records for the wheels. even my dad would help us construct them. so much fun to start that with my kiddos!

coco and cricket came in town and took the kids to the baseball game and chuck e cheese and to stay the night at the condo! jason and i felt like we were on vaca!!!!! they left us a bottle of wine and money for dinner! :) we don't get ever get our house all to ourselves and it was so fun! we went to james at the mill which was so yummy and for some reason we hadn't been there forever. we went on our VERY first date there. i can still remember what i wore (black skirt and red cowl neck sweater that tied at the waist) and were we sat. i remember wanting to look cute but not slutty hahaha...also kind of mature..since i WAS going to a nice restaurant with a MUCH older man! hahaha.i was used to date dash and owl o ween dates involving party busses and punch in coolers. haha. i can remember laughing the whole time..... and we still are! :)
