Mccoy and William Ross
Everybody at the zoo
the girls were so giggly with the giraffes..

holding hands EVERYWHERE! :)
Jason went to Las Vegas last week and I took the kiddos to springfield! we went to the zoo with anna claire and william! it was so much fun! liza just had one time out while we were there! ha! have you ever tried to pick up a screaming flailing 35 lb 2 year old with your 3 month old in a baby bjorn? well, its not that hard...HA!!! :) but...we all had fun..
we came home for naps then out to the pool...liza LOVED the new pool at hickory...it has a ton of fountains and lots of fun play areas.
my mom and dad had dinner plans so we stayed out there to eat dinner by the pool with the ross's. they have a playground out there too so liza was playing in that while we were all having our cocktails...THEN we noticed that a boy held his nose when he walked up to liza...that can only mean ONE thing...i ran over there and she was on top of the playground and i could see poop coming out of her diaper...AHHH! at the same time a crowd of kids gathered around the slide screaming.."there's poop on the slide!!!!!!!" i finally got liza down and carried her kicking and screaming with one leg and one arm back to the table. by the time i got back there i had #2 all over my dress and up and down my arms. i start to panic....i had to go clean the slides off before all the kids had liza's poop all over them! i ran back to clean the playground off while liza is running back to enjoy some more play time, a little girl comes up to me and says, " who pooped on the slides?" "i don't know, i said, but its really gross"....que mccoy...he starts screaming, it's time to eat...we finally got everything cleaned up, grabbed mccoy from david and headed home...as fast as we could.....without making eye contact with anyone....
on a lighter note.....feeling thankful for my day today...
I wonder what it would be like to live in a world where it was always june....
Reading my Simple Abundance book this morning...
loved what it said
June is generous with her authentic gifts. Once again the days are sunny and hot. The roses and peonies are in bloom, and it's time to feast on strawberries and cream. School is over, summer camp begins, and visions of vacations dance in our heads. Our smiles deepen, our laughter increases, our hearts open. This month we discover that it is life's enrichments rather that the riches of life that bring us true contentment.

Liza and McCoy, the truth is that you came to Springfield not only because your dad was on a trip but also because I had a little surgery and you came to cheer me up. That you did - McCoy with his precious smiles and Liza with her ahh-ha moments (ahh-ha was her favorite word of the weekend). I am doing great and it's partly due to the joy you and your mom brought to Springfield. Your love of life's blessings make us rich! Thank you. Coco
First of all, Coco looks great! I would never know she has been under the weather! And second of all, that poop story was too funny...I could totally picture all of the craziness going on. The zoo looked like a really fun time too!
HAHA!! That is hilarious!! The kiddos look so cute! I MISS YOU!! Please come back!!!
The girls and boys look adorable together! The poop story is absolutely amazing and I wish I could have seen it for myself:)
