beach good bye

**** i had started typing this the morning of our last day (before mccoy's accident) so it is a little late but wanted to post  ;)


the kids lived on cheetos and suckers for the most part. ;)

fav part of the trip:
jason--in the ocean riding the waves each day
me-- kids napping while i was on a raft in the pool ;) j/k (not really) LOVED seeing the kids so excited about everything!
liza--she has told me a few different ones but she said:
getting cookies and pretzels on the airplane
"when mom screamed about picking up the crab"
getting ice cream
mccoy--i would have to say he LOVED eating cheetos for lunch every day. after a few hours at the beach he would start saying that he was ready to go back home and eat Cheetos. (we never have junk food at our house so they were freaking out about this! haha! )
mccoy also loved the bunk bed and for some reason they called it the pirate room and pretended it was a pirate ship.

least fav part of trip/something would change:
jason--would move to beach front.
( we stayed at villas of seagrove which was on 30a and you walked across the street to get to the beach. it really wasn't that bad of a walk, but when you are covered in sand with cranky kiddos and 90 lbs of beach gear it seems a little longer) our condo was perfect for what we needed and you walked RIGHT outside our door to the pool which was very convenient. i LOVE the seaside area. it has such a great feel. i also liked rosemary and i love the look of alys. )

fav meal:
jason--"taste of stinky's" grouper, crab cake and crawfish pie
kate-- tie between grouper sandwich from pickles and lobster tail from bud and alley's

best airplane toys were magnetic airplane board (from dilly dally's) for mccoy and toy airplane and helicopters(these were a fav for both of them the whole trip) they also loved the magnetic sponge bob tin and liza loved the scratch and sniff stickers and polly pockets.
